With the continuous development of automation technology, many factories are now using a large number of machines to replace humans on the assembly line, more accurate and less prone to errors.

The latest news said that Samsung Electronics is promoting the introduction of "unmanned factories" by 2030, planning to use only machines and robots to operate factories, not to invest in production jobs human.

It is reported that Samsung Electronics in July has formed a task force to promote the introduction of unmanned factories, whose main business is to establish a system of 100% automated machines to start production engineering, and check the possibility of its realization.

Their goal is to achieve unmanned major global production sites by 2030 at the earliest.

However, Chinese manufacturers have already been in front of the world in this area, Xiaomi, Gree and other manufacturers of the "black light factory" has previously been put into operation, and produced a large number of products.

The "black light factory" actually means that the lights can be turned off the manufacturing plant, no manual operation, that is, no factory.

The first phase of Xiaomi's "black light factory" was put into use as early as 2020, with a fully automated production line, no lights on and no intervention, and a year's output of millions of cell phones, when the Xiaomi 10 Supreme Edition and other models were produced in the factory.

What's more, most of the equipment in the "black light factory" is Xiaomi's own research, representing the highest level of intelligent manufacturing inside the fully automated production line.
