The SA614AD,118 is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system. It incorporates twolimiting intermediate frequency amplifiers, quadrature detector, muting, logarithmicreceived signal strength indicator, and voltage regulator. The SA614AD,118 features higher IFbandwidth (25 MHz) and temperature compensated RSSI and limiters permitting higherperformance application compared with the SA604. The SA614AD,118 is available in a SO(surface‑mounted miniature) package.
