The REF3125 series precision low-power Voltage Reference for use with battery-powered equipment. The REF31xx does not require a load capacitor, but is stable with any capacitive load and can sink or source up to 10mA of output current. Unloaded, the REF31xx can operate on supplies down to 5mV above the output voltage.
