PCF8551ATT/AJ is an ultra low-power LCD segment driver with 4 backplane- and 36segment-driver outputs, with either an I²C- (PCF8551A) or an SPI-bus (PCF8551B)interface. It comprises an internal oscillator, bias generation, instruction decoding, anddisplay controller.
